Jhulan Ghose, has started working with USIEF from September 2023 as Program Manager, Kolkata. She has graduated from University of Calcutta and completed her Postgraduate in Business Management from Indian Institute of Social Welfare & Business Management, Kolkata. She has over 18 years of experience in Development and Education sector.

Prior to USIEF, Jhulan served for national and international organizations and worked closely with UNESCO, Open University-UK, University of Manchester, British Council & European Union.

Jhulan is trained in ethnographic action research and short video production on developmental stories & documentaries. She was engaged in managing international volunteer program in Kolkata and mentored college and University youth in social engagement from India & Ireland.
