Shinu Shoba Vincent joined the Chennai regional office of the United States-India Educational Foundation (USIEF) as an Administrative Associate in 2015 and has been a Fulbright Program Coordinator since May 2021.  She provides support and coordination for the Fulbright Programs in the Chennai region. She has professional experience for over 19 years in the areas of education administration, training, general administration, and finance. She worked as an Administrative Officer at St. Thomas College of Arts and Science before joining USIEF.  She holds a master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from University of Madras.
