An Erasmus scholar, Srishti Sharma possesses an experience of more than five years in the education sector. Prior to joining USIEF, Srishti has previously worked with myriad institutions and private schools in India and Germany. Her experience ranges from working with mediation projects with CAO, World Bank, training and designing curriculum for teachers and teacher educators, working closely with different NGOs and social enterprises to working closely with parents for designing learning strategies for their children. She formerly worked at The National Council for Teacher Education. Srishti holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Sri Venkateswara College, University of Delhi and a master’s degree in MA Education from Ambedkar University Delhi. She is a cinephile and has done certification course in Film Direction from FTII, Pune. Photography, theatre, book cover designing, et al are her other areas of interest.
